Veterinary and Zootechnical Sciences is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that accepts original research, case reports or review articles in the fields of Veterinary Medicine (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pathology Microbiology, Biochemistry, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Reproduction and Artificial Insemination, Parasitology, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Animal Nutrition and Nutritional Diseases, Laboratory Animals) and Zootechnics (Animal Husbandry and Breeding, Feed Information and Animal Nutrition, Aquaculture, Beekeeping). VZS is subject to a double-blind peer review system. The journal is published twice a year. VZS is a completely free journal and there are no printing, membership, etc. fees.
