hesseflux: a Python library to process and post-process Eddy covariance data

Abstract
<p><em><strong>hesseflux</strong></em>&nbsp;collects functions used for processing Eddy covariance data&nbsp;of the <a href="https://www.icos-cp.eu/">ICOS</a> ecosystem site <a href="https://www.icos-france.fr/en/static3/the-network">FR-Hes</a>.</p> <p>The package uses several functions of the <a href="https://github.com/mcuntz/jams_python">JAMS Python package</a>.
