Here we publish a fork of MRTrix3 which implements the OpenIGTLink library in order to enable connections between OR equipment (i.e. cranial navigation appliances) and MRtrix3's viewer for 3D diffusion MRI data. The current version implements real-time visualization of the position of surgical tools.
