2. Uluslararası Bilimsel Araştırmalar ve İnovasyon Kongresi, Sivas Bilim ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi ve ISPEC Enstitüsü işbirliği ile gerçekleştirildi. 15-17 Eylül tarihleri arasında düzenlenen 2. Uluslararası Bilimsel Araştırmalar ve İnovasyon Kongresi'ne hem yüz yüze, hem de online olarak Türkiye, Algeria, Azerbaijan, India, Iraq, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Ukraine, Georgia, Hungary, USA, Bangladesh, Albania, Faridabad, Ibadan, Brazil, South Africa, Korea olmak üzere toplam 21 ülkeden 404 bildiri ile katılım sağlanmıştır.
