Our software package is suitable for cryo-electron microscopy of virus icosahedra, symmetry-mismatch, and local reconstruction. The package consists of three parts: icosprocess, icosprocess_mismatch, local_refine & local_reconstruct. Icosprocess (Icosahedral data process) is used to cryo-EM data process of icosahedral firstly, and it is extended to any symmetrical three-dimensional reconstruction now. The package includes detail manual, executable programs, and test dat. Icosprocess_mismatch is used to symmetry-mismatch reconstruction of cryo-EM based on the high-resolution 3D structure of icosahedral virus, and the orientation and center of each raw particle image. The package includes detail manual, executable programs, and test data. Local_refine & local_reconstruct are used to high-resolution map refinement. This software mainly uses local reconstruction and projection matching algorithm to refine the orientation and center of the local structure through iteration, and finally obtain the local structure of biological macromolecules with high resolution.
