These two scripts can be used to compute and reproduce all figures in the manuscript "Provision of essential resources as a persistence strategy in food webs" available at DOI 10.1101/2023.01.27.525839. The first script produces all figures but Fig. 3. The second script performs the parameter scan and produces Fig. 3. The pdfs are exports from the Mathematica scripts to allow reproducibility also without access to Mathematica.
