This article aims to provide a first and unprecedented approach to the study of dedication to the religious life of some members of the lineage Feijoo. Several documentaries findings show us that besides the well-known Father Benito Jerónimo Feijoo (of the benedictine community of San Vicente of Oviedo and great enlightened eighteenth century), probably there were other members of the lineage in different centuries Feijoo also devoted their lives to following God if not well highlighted as the previously mentioned having spent his life undetected for historians. Furthermore, this article aims to provide a new research that helps to complete the study of the figure of Father Feijoo and his family reality, bringing a new approach.
