The Snekmer KBase App is an extension toolkit that allows for running supervised modeling and unsupervised clustering from protein family scores and/or searching unknown sequences for protein families using the Snekmer workflow within the KBase narrative user interface. KBase Narrative Information: Snekmer Catalog Status (Running v2.2.4 of the Catalog Server) Narrative App Methods: Run Snekmer Search Run Snekmer Model Federal Acknowledgements This research was supported by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Biological and Environmental Research (BER), as part of the Genomic Science Program Secure Biosystems Design Science Focus Area Project: Persistence Control of Engineered Functions in Complex Soil Microbiomes (PerCon SFA) as a contribution of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). PNNL is a multiprogram national laboratory operated by Battelle for the DOE under Contract No. DE-AC05-76RL01830.
