Abstract

Ma‘lumot uzatish tarmoqlarini yaxshilash uchun ma‘lumotlarni uzatish tarmog‘ini monitoring qilish va diagnostika qilish tizimlarini ishlab chiqish tarmoqni boshqarishning umumiy muammosining bir qismidir. Shunday qilib, foydalanuvchilarga xabarlarni o‘z vaqtida etkazish muammosini muvaffaqiyatli hal qilish va mavjud aloqa resurslaridan samaraliroq foydalanish imkonini beradigan monitoring va diagnostika usullarini ishlab chiqish va o‘rganish dolzarb vazifadir. Xizmat ko‘rsatish tizimi yagona tamoyillar asosida yaratilishi va yanada rivojlanib, tashkiliy va texnik birlikni saqlashi, xalqaro standartlarga javob berishi, aloqa sifati va ishonchliligining yuqori parametrlarini ta'minlashi va ma‘lumotlar uzatish O‘zbekiston Respublikasi milliy tarmog‘ini boshqarishdagi har qanday tarkibiy o‘zgarishlarga moslashtirilishi kerak
