FIGURE 2. Maximum likelihood phylogram of mitochondrial ND4 haplotypes from the Litoria aurea Group with ML bootstrap proportions (left) and Bayesian posterior probabilities (right) at key nodes. Locality codes are in Table 1, the number of individuals with each haplotype at each location is indicated, e.g., 12x2_13x4_14x3_SA = 2 individuals from location 12, 4 individuals from location 13, 3 individuals from location 14 in South Australia.
