Diseño de una unidad didáctica bimodal para la asignatura Patología General del Programa de Medicina del Decanato de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado

Abstract

La sociedad demanda nuevas tendencias educativas para responder a las exigencias de la globalidad en tiempos de incertidumbre. Es por ello que se propone el diseño de una unidad didáctica bimodal para la asignatura Patología General del Programa de Medicina del Decanato de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado, Barquisimeto, estado Lara. La muestra estuvo conformada por 28 estudiantes del sexto semestre de la carrera de Medicina cursantes de la asignatura. Se empleo la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario estructurado de 27 preguntas con la escala de Likert y con la siguiente escala de estimación: CDA= completamente de acuerdo, DA= de acuerdo, PDA= parcialmente de acuerdo, EDC= en desacuerdo y CED= completamente en desacuerdo. La confiabilidad del instrumento se obtuvo mediante la aplicación del alfa de Cronbach. Los datos obtenidos reflejaron la aceptación del diseño (71.4%), aporte al contenido (67.9%), apoyo en el diseño (64.3%), usabilidad de los recursos digitales (67.9%), aprendizaje significativo (57.2%), contenidos cognitivos (89.3%), actividades (53.6%), estrategias (85.7%), ejercicios prácticos (42.9%), seminarios 32.1% (CDA) y 42.9% (DA), indicador diagnóstico (57.2%), formativo (75.4%) y sumativo (46.4%). Se evidencia la aceptación y apoyo de la modificación curricular tomando en cuenta la actualización permanente de estrategias por parte del docente y de los canales de aprendizajes para fomentar un aprendizaje significativo.
