Abstract

Analyzing any fairly complex phenomenon and trying to understand the main thing in its content, and the NEP is certainly a complex and contradictory phenomenon, it is advisable to go from the phenomenon to the essence, that is, first to identify and describe the main visible characteristics of this phenomenon, and only then try to formulate the main contradiction (or main contradictions) of this phenomenon. This is the main contradiction can help to better understand the content and patterns in the development of this phenomenon. We will go further along this path and, in conclusion, we will try to determine the social system or period in the development of the social system to which we can be attributed to the NEP.
