LA FORMACI��N AMBIENTAL ORIENTADA AL TRATAMIENTO DEL CAMBIO CLIM��TICO EN LA LICENCIATURA EN EDUCACI��N GEOGRAF��A.

Abstract

El presente trabajo ofrece una propuesta cient��fica para solucionar las insuficiencias en la formaci��n ambiental en la licenciatura en Educaci��n Geograf��a, el mismo constituye un proceso esencial en la formaci��n de los estudiantes de la carrera , de modo que los prepara para en su futuro desempe��o puedan educar hacia la adaptaci��n y mitigaci��n de los problemas que afectan hoy en d��a al medio ambiente, tema que, orientado a la problem��tica del cambio clim��tico fortalece a��n m��s las capacidades intelectuales de los futuros egresados de esta licenciatura. La investigaci��n tiene como objetivo dise��ar una estrategia pedag��gica para erradicar dichas insuficiencias. En su desarrollo se utilizan m��todos te��ricos, emp��ricos y matem��tico-estad��sticos para la caracterizaci��n, fundamentaci��n y valoraci��n del problema, a partir de los cuales se detectaron insuficiencias relacionadas con el insuficiente dominio por parte de estudiantes y profesores de conceptos relacionados con la problem��tica del cambio clim��tico y sus consecuencias en los diferentes escenarios de la provincia, as�� como, insuficientes conocimientos sobre la problem��tica del cambio clim��tico, lo cual influye negativamente en la formaci��n ambiental de estos y limita la reducci��n de vulnerabilidades, adaptaci��n y mitigaci��n de sus efectos, tambi��n se pudo determinar que la forma en la que se trabaja este proceso en la carrera carece de un enfoque integral y sist��mico, solo respaldado desde el plano curricular por una asignatura. Con vistas a erradicar estas carencias se concibe una estrategia pedag��gica para la formaci��n ambiental orientad al tratamiento del cambio clim��tico desde la din��mica de la educaci��n ambiental en esta carrera.
