The Collector's App for CRITTERBASE, a science-driven data warehouse for marine biota

Abstract

The Collector's App is a platform-independent (macOS, Linux and Windows) software written in Python. The Collector's App allows biological data to be quality-checked and stored in CRITTERBASE, which is a science-driven PostgreSQL data warehouse for marine biota. For further data processing and statistical analyses or modelling purposes, the respective data can be queried directly via SQL from your CRITTERBASE data warehouse.
