Abstract

Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana tekanan sistole dan diastole mengalami kenaikan yang melebihi batas normal yaitu tekanan darah sistole >140 mmHg dan diastole 90 mmHg hal ini akan berdampak bisa terjadi serangan stroke. Ada 2 terapi pengobatan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah yaitu pengobatan farmakologis (simpatetik) dan pengobatan non farmakologis (pemberian pisang mas) yang dapat menjadi pengobatan alternatif atau penunjang bagi penderita hipertensi. Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Pisang Mas terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Desain penelitian ini menggunaakan one-group pre-post test design. Metode sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi penderita hipertensi I dan II yang ada di RT 06 dan RT 09 Desa Segoromadu Kecamatan Kebomas Kabupaten Gresik sebanyak 14 orang. Sampel diambil sebanyak 13 responden yang diintervensi menggunakan pemberian Pisang Mas dilakukan selama 2 kali dalam sehari selama 7 hari Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Variabel independen yaitu pemberian Pisang Mas dan variabel dependen yaitu hipertensi. Data peneliti ini diambil menggunakan alat spigmomanometer, stetoscop dan lembar observasi. Hasil uji statistik wilcoxon signed ranks test didapatkan nilai standart <0,05 maka H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh pemberian Pisang Mas terhadap hipertensi. Nilai mean sebelum diberikan Pisang Mas adalah 3.69 dan nilai mean sesudah diberikan Pisang Mas adalah 2.92. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai (2-tailed) = 0.002 yang berarti Pisang Mas bisa menurunkan tekanan darah. Hipertensi dapat diobati dengan pemberian Pisang Mas sebagai terapi penunjang atau alternatif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah menjadi normal.
