RO-Crate, workflows and FAIR Digital Objects

Abstract

This presentation explores the motivation for computational workflows and the need for research objects, showcasing the realization as RO-Crate and the path towards RO-Crate as FAIR Digital Objects. Presented 2021-07-02 in virtual meeting of Canonical Workflow Frameworks for Research (CWFR) and Semantics (SEM) working groups of the FAIR Digital Object Forum initiative.
