The main objective of T4.1 was to “help researchers in their selection of an appropriate publishing venue and, generally, of a scholarly communication strategy”. Some guidance to achieve the goal was provided. The solution chosen was to build the working prototype of a tool that was called Operas Pathfinder. This allowed not only to respond to the different requests of the task, but to pave the way for the implementation of one of the upcoming dedicated services of Operas, which can be fully tested as of today.
