Solenogastres belonging to the order Neomeniamorpha, recorded from off Galicia (Galicia Bank, NW Spain) at 752-769 m and from off the Azores at 1200-1240 m, are treated. This material was collected during the Spanish campaigns “Fauna Ibérica II” and “Cangrexo I” as well as during the French programme “Biaçores”. The investigation of the ten specimens resulted in the discovery of five species new to science, described here as Hemimenia glandulosa sp.n., H. atlantica sp.n. and H. cyclomyata sp.n. (Hemimeniidae), Neomenia oscari sp.n. and N. simplex sp.n. (Neomeniidae). These species are characterised and systematically compared. All representatives are small (5 mm or less) and belong to the fauna of the Eastern Atlantic bathyal, which has been poorly investigated so far from off the Iberian Península.
