Abstract

Trotz scharfer Kritik seitens der Lehre steht Art. 36 JStG erneut vor einem Umbruch. So soll die von der Praxis langersehnte Rechtsprechung des Bundesgerichtes Einzug in die Bestimmung finden. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt auf, was die Hintergr��nde kurzer Verj��hrungsfristen im Jugendstrafrecht sind und weshalb die Kodifizierung des bundesgerichtlichen Urteils kritisch betrachtet werden muss.
