This release contains the complete pipeline for the paper "Severe violations of independence in response inhibition tasks" by Bissett, Jones, Poldrack, and Logan (2021). It contains 3 notebooks for generating (1) figures, (2) statistical results, and (3) tables. It also contains 3 notebooks to investigate the ability of different models to capture violations of the assumption of context independence. Lastly, it contains 2 notebook to investigate the role of visual degrees and goRT shifting on violations. It contains the data required to rerun all of these analyses.
