Abstract

Les questions liées à la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) ont fait l’objet d’un débat croissant dans un éventail de plus en plus large de disciplines en sciences sociales et en études commerciales et de gestion. L’entreprise a été confrontée à une pression croissante pour prendre au sérieux les questions de RSE, en particulier en ce qui concerne les questions environnementales et les normes du travail. Cependant, les problèmes liés à la RSE et à la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) restent sous-explorés. Cet article traite des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines dans la promotion et le développement de la RSE au sein des organisations, tout en examinant une question centrale : comment la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) affecte les activités des RH ? S'appuyant sur une étude qualitative des managers dans une entreprise marocaine de boissons gazeuses et ses filiales déclarant un engagement explicite à la RSE, les preuves montrent que leur engagement a tendance à se concentrer sur la formation, la santé, la sécurité et la promotion des employés, ainsi que l'appropriation du développement par les employés.
