Transcriptomic clock models and rodent gene expression meta-dataset

Abstract

This Zenodo record contains processed expression data and transcriptomic clock models in .pkl format generated in the manuscript "Universal Transcriptomic Hallmarks of Mammalian Aging and Mortality". Scripts for preprocessing and model application are available in GitHub repository (https://github.com/Gladyshev-Lab/tAge). Raw RNA-seq data are available at GEO under accession numbers GSE292843, GSE292884, and GSE293503, and are linked under the SuperSeries GSE292885. These models are provided for research use as described in the repository license.
