This article analyzes the reduction processes in the industrial structure and their impact on employment and the labor market using the example of the main industrial enterprises operating in the city of Bekabad: the Bekabad Metallurgical Plant, the cement plant, the brick factory, the cotton factory, and the meat processing plant. The obtained results showed that structural unemployment in the labor market increased due to the reduction and closure of industrial enterprises, a certain part of the workforce moved to the service sector, construction, and small business, and a significant part was directed to the path of labor migration, the share of informal employment increased, and this also influenced socio-economic stability. At the end of the study, the need to develop a retraining system, create new industrial capacities, and expand the investment climate to mitigate negative consequences in the labor market was scientifically substantiated.

Mazkur maqolada Bekobod shahrida faoliyat yuritgan asosiy sanoat korxonalari Bekobod metallurgiya kombinati, sement zavodi, g‘isht zavodi, paxta zavodi va go‘sht kombinati misolida sanoat tuzilmasida yuz bergan qisqarish jarayonlari hamda ularning aholi bandligi va mehnat bozoriga ko‘rsatgan ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar sanoat korxonalarining qisqarishi va yopilishi tufayli mehnat bozorida strukturaviy ishsizlik kuchaygani, ishchi kuchining muayyan qismi xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasi, qurilish hamda kichik biznesga o‘tib ketgani, sezilarli qismi esa mehnat migratsiyasi yo‘liga yo‘nalgani, norasmiy bandlik ulushi oshgani va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy barqarorlikka ta’sir ko‘rsatganini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot yakunida mehnat bozorida yuzaga kelgan salbiy oqibatlarni yumshatish maqsadida qayta tayyorlash tizimini rivojlantirish, yangi sanoat quvvatlarini yaratish va investitsiya muhitini kengaytirish zarurligi ilmiy asoslab berildi.

В данной статье на примере основных промышленных предприятий, действовавших в городе Бекабаде - Бекабадского металлургического комбината, цементного завода, кирпичного завода, хлопкового завода и мясокомбината - проанализированы процессы сокращения в структуре промышленности и их влияние на занятость населения и рынок труда. Полученные результаты показали, что структурная безработица на рынке труда возросла из-за сокращения и закрытия промышленных предприятий, определенная часть рабочей силы перешла в сферу услуг, строительство и малый бизнес, а значительная часть была направлена на путь трудовой миграции, увеличилась доля неформальной занятости и повлияла на социально-экономическую стабильность. В конце исследования научно обоснована необходимость развития системы переподготовки, создания новых промышленных мощностей и расширения инвестиционного климата с целью смягчения негативных последствий на рынке труда.
