Abstract

Os Cartuchos de Amêndoa de Cernache de Bonjardim são uma especialidade distintiva da doçaria tradicional portuguesa, com raízes na freguesia de Cernache de Bonjardim, no concelho da Sertã. Elaborados manualmente com massa fina, recheio à base de ovos e amêndoa, e moldados em forma de cartucho pontiagudo, são conhecidos pela sua fragilidade, sabor equilibrado e confeção cuidadosa, transmitida por gerações.
