Abstract : This study addresses the digital transformation of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms as a key approach to alleviating judicial caseloads and achieving flexible and efficient justice. It examines the legal and regulatory frameworks governing digital mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, with particular emphasis on consent, confidentiality, and the enforceability of electronic agreements. The paper also discusses technical challenges related to information security, data protection, and digital identity verification. It highlights the importance of integrating artificial intelligence and digital platforms into ADR systems, provided that adaptive legal frameworks are developed to safeguard procedural rights.
