Barreras socio-organizativas y nivel de integración de la vigilancia tecnológica en la cultura organizacional

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las barreras culturales, estructurales y estratégicas que impiden la integración de la Vigilancia Tecnológica (VT) en la cultura organizacional de las empresas productivas de la provincia del Sumapaz, Colombia. A través de un enfoque de métodos mixtos, se desarrolló un estudio secuencial exploratorio que combina entrevistas semiestructuradas y encuestas estructuradas, permitiendo identificar las principales limitaciones que restringen el interés en la VT y su relación con la sostenibilidad empresarial. Los resultados muestran que la resistencia cultural, la falta de planificación estratégica y la escasa conexión con redes de conocimiento son los factores más determinantes. Asimismo, se incorporan comparaciones internacionales con estudios recientes de América Latina y Europa, lo que evidencia patrones similares en territorios rurales y periféricos. Se concluye que fortalecer la cultura de inteligencia tecnológica puede mejorar significativamente el desempeño sostenible y competitivo de las organizaciones del territorio.
