Abstract

Mazkur maqolada IIV akademik litseyi o‘spirin o‘quvchilarida kasbiy motivatsiyaning shakllanishi vanamoyonbo‘lishiga xos bo‘lgan psixologik jihatlar kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida kasbiy motivatsiyao‘spirin shaxsining kelajak kasbiy faoliyatiga nisbatan ongli munosabati, ichki ehtiyojlari, shaxsiy va ijtimoiy mas’uliyatihamda kasbiy identifikatsiya jarayonlari bilan uzviy bog‘liq murakkab psixologik hodisa sifatida talqin etiladi. IIV akademiklitseyi sharoitida shakllantirilgan ta’lim-tarbiya muhiti kasbiy motivlarning mazmunan boyishi, barqarorlashuvi va ijtimoiyahamiyat kasb etishida muhim omil bo‘lib xizmat qilishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslanadi.
