O PAPEL DA GESTÃO ESCOLAR NA CONSTRUÇÃO DE UM CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL SAUDÁVEL

Abstract

Este artigo analisa a relação entre gestão escolar, bem-estar docente e saúde dos professores, a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica fundamentada em estudos recentes e comparações históricas. A pergunta que orienta a investigação é: De que forma as práticas da gestão educacional impactam na saúde emocional dos colaboradores? Os resultados indicam que condições precárias de trabalho, intensificação das tarefas e falta de valorização comprometem a saúde docente, favorecendo o surgimento de estresse e da Síndrome de Burnout. Em contrapartida, práticas gestoras baseadas em escuta, valorização, participação e apoio emocional contribuem para a construção de um ambiente saudável, que favorece tanto a motivação dos professores quanto a qualidade da educação. A análise comparativa demonstra que, embora as dificuldades persistam historicamente, a gestão escolar pode atuar como fator de proteção, ressignificando o espaço escolar como ambiente de acolhimento, cuidado e promoção da saúde.
