Abstract

FIGURE 17. Phylogenetic tree inferred using concatenated data set. Trees from Bayesian inference and Maximum Likelihood analyses are combined, with minor topological differences noted. Polytomy observed in the Bayesian analysis is indicated with green dotted lines. Branch support values are shown in red as ultrafast bootstrap/posterior probability. The L. lichiae sequence from this study is highlighted in red for emphasis.
