Abstract

Fundamental work presenting a complete solution to the existence and smoothness problem for three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. Introduces a novel semantic coherence functional K[u] characterizing flow structural integrity with inherent self-recovery properties. Proves that the automatic system return mechanism to safe state guarantees global regularity for arbitrary initial data. The theory includes constructive regularity criteria, computational algorithms, experimentally verifiable predictions, and generalizations to other hydrodynamic systems. Results are verified by numerical experiments and establish a new paradigm for analyzing hydrodynamic stability.
