The Temporal–Density Framework (TDFT): Dimensionless Unification and Empirical Predictions

Abstract

The Temporal–Density Framework (TDFT) unifies gravitation, electromagnetism, quantum coherence, and cosmology within a single, dimensionless temporal substrate. This Reference Edition consolidates and extends the derivations from the foundational volumes, presenting a continuous and empirically testable formulation built upon the invariant triad α c λ=1,\alpha\,c\,\lambda = 1,αcλ=1, where the temporal coupling α, propagation constant c, and linear-density constant λ form a dimensionless geometric equilibrium linking curvature, charge, and energy. The edition develops:• the emergence of GGG, ℏ\hbarℏ, and eee as projection coefficients of intrinsic stiffness γ\gammaγ;• the impedance–action derivation of the fine-structure constant;• the gauge–symmetry correspondence and field quantisation as harmonic subdivisions of temporal stiffness;• the causal-locking origin of dark matter through coherence bias; and• a quantitative roadmap connecting laboratory impedance tests, cosmological relaxation, and non-abelian coupling evolution. By eliminating dimensional artefacts and uniting all forces under a single temporal continuum, TDFT provides a falsifiable framework linking particle physics and cosmology through the stiffness of time itself. 🔷 Related Works Canonical Framework (Main Reference) • The Temporal–Density Framework (TDFT): Dimensionless Unification and Empirical Predictions — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17597722 Gauge-Resolved Companion Work • Unified Origins of Matter, Dark Matter, and Horizon Geometry — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17666466 Foundational and Supplementary Papers • Temporal–Density Framework for Unified Field Symmetry (Volume 1) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17434768• The Temporal–Electromagnetic Substrate: Quantisation and Vacuum Structure in the Temporal–Density Framework — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17526774• Low-Frequency Impedance of the Temporal Substrate and the Emergence of the Fine-Structure Constant — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17473860• Temporal–Density Framework: Unified Gauge and Quantum Field Formulation — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17546557• Temporal–Density Framework Phenomenology: Cosmological Relaxation and Horizon–Scale Structure — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17538131 Contact: jasonpeterhughes.tdft@gmail.comORCID: 0009-0005-7543-3681Community: https://zenodo.org/communities/tdft

🔸 Version 1.0.1 — Series Information and Consistency Update This update aligns the Dimensionless Unification and Empirical Predictions Reference Edition with developments presented in the companion paper “Unified Origins of Matter, Dark Matter, and Horizon Geometry” (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17666466). No scientific results or derivations in the original text have been altered. Summary of Updates Added interpretive note on the role of λ=c2/(2G)\lambda = c^{2}/(2G)λ=c2/(2G) as the universal curvature floor, clarifying how later gauge-resolved work expresses the same invariant across the SU(3) ⁣→ ⁣SU(2) ⁣→ ⁣U(1)\mathrm{SU(3)}\!\to\!\mathrm{SU(2)}\!\to\!\mathrm{U(1)}SU(3)→SU(2)→U(1) cascade. Inserted a brief cross-reference in Section 10 linking the original causal-locking description to its geometric refinement (SU(2) overlap and SU(3) core isolation) developed in the Origins paper. Added a short Preface note identifying the relationship between this Reference Edition (dimensionless foundations) and the new gauge-resolved realisation. Updated Related Works list and Bibliography to include the newly published Origins paper. Minor formatting and clarity adjustments only; no equations, physical claims, or quantitative results were changed. Purpose of this Revision Version 1.0.1 ensures that the Reference Edition remains fully consistent with the evolving TDFT series while preserving its role as the foundational, dimensionless formulation from which all later gauge-resolved results follow.

This edition presents the first fully dimensionless synthesis of the Temporal–Density Framework (TDFT), unifying gravitation, electromagnetism, and quantum coherence through the invariant triad αcλ=1\alpha c \lambda = 1αcλ=1.By consolidating the foundational volumes into a single continuum of theory and experiment, it defines the stiffness of time as the common origin of curvature, charge, and energy, offering a directly testable path to universal unification.
