Abstract

This repository hosts the semantic annotation guidelines of the German Medical Text Corpus (GeMTeX) project. The guidelines are written to instruct annotators how to annotate clinical German texts with SNOMED CT concepts and connect them via unlabeled, unidirectional relations.
