Lingvopedagogik kompetensiya o’qituvchining til vositasida ta’lim berish, kommunikativ muloqotni boshqarish, shuningdek, o’z kasbiy faoliyatini tahlil qilish va takomillashtirish qobiliyatini o’z ichiga oladi. Tadqiqotda akmeologik yondashuv asosida bo’lajak pedagogning kasbiy o’sish dinamikasi, shaxsiy va kommunikativ rivojlanish omillari, hamda til orqali kasbiy mukammallikka erishish yo’llari yoritiladi.
