ANÁLISIS DE LOS CONOCIMIENTOS QUE POSEEN LOS PROFESIONALES DE ENFERMERÍA DE ATENCIÓN PRIMARIA SOBRE LA DERMATOPOROSIS

Abstract

Se planteó como objetivo analizar el nivel de conocimientos que poseen los profesionales de enfermería de atención primaria del Ayuntamiento de Ourense sobre la dermatoporosis, así como identificar posibles carencias formativas. Se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal, con una muestra de 72 profesionales de seis centros de salud.Se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado en tres bloques: sociodemográficos, conocimientos teóricos y prácticas clínicas. El análisis se efectuó mediante estadísticos descriptivos en Microsoft Excel 365. El 57% de los participantes presentó un nivel alto de conocimiento, aunque se identificaron lagunas relevantes en clasificación clínica y medidas preventivas (20% de aciertos). Un 96% declaró no contar con la formación suficiente y un 90% manifestó interés en recibir formación adicional, prefiriendo la modalidad presencial. No se observó una asociación clara entre el conocimiento y los años de experiencia. En conclusión, se evidencian carencias relevantes que justifican la necesidad de reforzar la formación específica sobre dermatoporosis en atención primaria. Palabras clave:
