Abstract

# First make sure you are running a Linux OS (required by Singularity) and that Singularity >= 3.2 and Snakemake >= 6.15.0 are installed. $ mkdir benchpress_120 $ tar -xf benchpress_120.tar.gz -C benchpress_120 $ cd benchpress_120 # To reproduce the small scale study of the paper, using all available cores, type $ snakemake --cores all --use-singularity --configfile config/paper_er_sem_small.json # If snakemake is installed in a conda environment called snakemake (as recommended by snakemake) you would have to load it first by $ conda activate snakemake

Benchpress is a snakemake workflow for reproducible and scalable execution and benchmarks of structure learning algorithms for probabilistic graphical models.
