Post-cataract surgery patients often experience nursing problemssuch as acute pain, impaired sensory perception of vision, lack of knowledge regarding postoperative care, anxiety, andrisk of infection due to invasive procedures. SoeseloGeneral Hospital, Tegal, from January 13 to 14, 2025, usingthe nursing process approach, including assessment, diagnosis, planning of interventions, implementation, andevaluation. The results of nursing care showed a decrease inpain intensity after the administration of analgesics andrelaxation techniques, increased patient understanding ofpostoperative care, reduced anxiety, and a controlledsurgical wound condition, although the risk of infection wasnot fully resolved due to time limitations.
