
This deliverable describes the software components that are used for building the digital twin platform in the BioDT project and can be used for integrating new sites into the platform. It gives overviews of the architecture, application hosting, BioDT services, the BioDT Infrastructure Layer as well as of the licensing of the different software components. The document also has a vocabulary including working definitions of the key technical concepts used by the BioDT consortium. This deliverable was submitted to the granting authority 31/05/2024. It has been approved by the granting authority.
