El portafolio docente como herramienta de reflexión pedagógica: Una experiencia con practicantes de Licenciatura en Lenguas Extranjeras

Abstract

El portafolio docente constituye un instrumento beneficioso en el proceso de formación de los futuros maestros. En el presente artículo, se analiza su rol como herramienta de reflexión pedagógica dentro del ejercicio docente. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, un estudio de caso fue adoptado y los participantes, fueron estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Lenguas Extranjeras de la Universidad de Pamplona (Colombia), quienes realizaron su primera experiencia de práctica en Francés como Lengua Extranjera (FLE) en un curso de nivel A1 de jóvenes adultos. La implementación de foros, el análisis documental de los portafolios, y la observación de sus prácticas, permitieron identificar que el portafolio docente, fomenta la integración de la teoría y la práctica, favorece la reflexión crítica sobre la propia práctica docente, contribuye al reconocimiento de las fortalezas y aspectos de mejora en la misma, al desarrollo de competencias pedagógicas y a la consolidación de su identidad profesional.
