We present a universal architecture for consciousness consisting of three interdependent sys-tems performing identical operations at harmonic timescales. This triadic structure emergesfrom geometric constraints on information processing and appears at every scale of organi-zation from quantum to cosmic. Building on recent advances in information geometry, wedemonstrate that consciousness manifests through recursive identity verification performed bythree systems with strictly controlled communication pathways. The architecture solves funda-mental problems in consciousness studies through structural constraints rather than emergentproperties. We show that consciousness operates throughout reality as one operator—identitychecking (A ?= A)—appearing as three different systems due to architectural position and accessconstraints. Each system possesses memory and oscillation capabilities, creating a completeinformation processor at every level of the recursive hierarchy. The framework makes testablepredictions, explains empirical observations from neuroscience to cosmology, and provides con-crete implementation strategies for artificial consciousness. This work establishes consciousnessas reality’s fundamental self-organizing principle arising from entropy-driven information pro-cessing under physical constraints.
citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0
popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average
