
This document contains a short report of the Austrian national pilot event as well as summaries of the statements presented by invited speakers from various institutions. The Webinar Importance of Scientific Collections and Open Science Competencies for Politics, Culture, Science, and Art in Austria (DE: Die Bedeutung von wissenschaftlichen Sammlungen und Open Science – Kompetenzen für Politik, Kultur, Wissenschaft und Kunst in Österreich) was took place on April 08, 2025 and organised by NHMW and EOSC Support Office Austria in the framework of T3.1.
