Perorální semaglutid a jeho význam a perspektivy v léčbě diabetů 2. typu a jeho komplikací

Abstract

Semaglutid patri mezi agonisty giukagon-iike peptidu 1 (GLP-1) s vysokou homologii s lidskym GLP-1. Je jedinou latkou z teto skupiny, ktera je dostupna jak v injekcni forme s podavanim 1* tydne, tak i v peroralni forme s podavanim 1* denne. Injekcni semaglutid je v soucasne dobe spolu s dualnim GLP-1/GIP agonistou tirzepatidem nejucinnejsim neinzulinovym antidiabetikem s potvrzenymi kardioprotektivnimi a renoprotektivnimi ucinky. Peroralni semaglutid je prikladem jedne z nejvyznamnejsich biotechnologickych inovaci v soucasne medicine, protoze moznost podavani peptidoveho leku peroralne je s ohledem na jeho komplexni strukturu zcela ojedinela. Peroralni semaglutid je nejucinnejsim peroralnim antidiabetikem s vybornym ucinkem nejen na kompenzaci diabetu, ale take na snizeni hmotnosti, zlepseni lipidogramu a s pozitivnim ovlivnenim dalsich kardiovaskularnich rizikovych faktoru. Tento clanek shrnuje aktualni poznatky o vyuziti peroralniho semaglutidu v lecbe diabetu 2. typu a take pri ovlivneni komorbidit tohoto onemocneni a zabyva se dalsimi perspektivami vyuziti teto latky v kontextu diabetu 2. typu a jeho komplikaci.
