Abstract

В данной статье анализируются масштабы, причины и последствия неформальной занятости среди женщин на основе социологических исследований. Рассматривается влияние данной формы занятости на инициативы женщин в сфере предпринимательства. Особое внимание уделено государственным инициативам, направленным на легализацию женской занятости и поддержку предпринимательства. Ключевые слова: неформальная занятость, предпринимательство среди женщин, гендерная экономика, социологические исследования
