This report presents a complete proposal for a monitoring framework including a practical tool and indicators for monitoring national/regional policies to counteract gender-based violence in the European Research Area (ERA). The monitoring framework and tool were developed in consultation with relevant stakeholders in the ERA, specifically the members of the ERA Forum Sub-group on Inclusive Gender Equality and the GenderSAFE Community of Practice circle of National Authorities.
