This repository contains the codebase for continuum subtraction of H-alpha HST narrowband images, with optional support for background and [NII] contamination corrections using MUSE data. The workflow is optimized for accurate emission line flux extraction, specifically for the H-alpha line. However, it can be easily adapted for other emission lines, filter combinations, and telescopes - and substituting MUSE for other anchoring (e.g. SDSS). Designed for studies of star formation and stellar feedback in nearby galaxies, this code is versatile and expandable to accommodate other science cases. The package includes robust modules for preprocessing, error propagation, background matching, and spectral line correction. It supports execution with or without MUSE data, offering flexibility for datasets with varying levels of supplementary observations. The pipeline is structured to integrate seamlessly with directory setups, ensuring reproducibility and ease of use. Key features include: • Continuum subtraction for HST narrowband images. • Optional integration with MUSE data for background and [NII] corrections. • Flexible pipeline with structured directory input/output. • Compatibility with various instruments, filters, and datasets.
