Competencia digital en educación: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el desarrollo y uso de las competencias digitales en la educación, especialmente en el contexto postpandemia, examinando cómo las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) se integran en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se realizó un análisis cualitativo de 22 artículos obtenidos de la base de datos Scopus, publicados entre 2020 y 2024, realizado a través del método PRISMA. A pesar de que las habilidades digitales ya eran relevantes antes de la pandemia, el estudio reveló que tanto docentes como estudiantes aún enfrentan desafíos en el uso efectivo de herramientas digitales. Sin embargo, existe una actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje digital, y varios estudios experimentales muestran mejoras significativas en competencias digitales tras participar en programas de formación específicos. Asimismo, se identifica la necesidad de fortalecer el acceso a Internet y proveer equipos y software adecuados, lo que debe ser respaldado por políticas públicas efectivas. En conclusión, es crucial reforzar las competencias digitales en la educación mediante programas formativos e infraestructura tecnológica adecuada. El compromiso estatal en el diseño de políticas inclusivas y la disposición positiva de los actores educativos son clave para cerrar las brechas digitales y optimizar el aprendizaje.
