This is a short presentation introducing the program Strengthening Diamond Open Access in the Netherlands, prepared for the LIBER Winter 2024 workshop. The presentation provides an overview of the national program, highlighting its three key projects: Development of infrastructures for Diamond Open Access. Mapping and monitoring Diamond Open Access initiatives in the Netherlands. Establishing a national Diamond Open Access Expertise Centre. As the presentation is specifically designed for the LIBER workshop "Diamond OA Capacity Centres (DOACCs) and their relationship with libraries", the latter part focuses on the Diamond Open Access Expertise Centre. It details the centre’s strategy, including its current members, mission, vision, and goals for various target groups. Additionally, it summarizes the results achieved in 2024 and outlines plans for 2025.
