If these signs and symptoms are not recognized, the burnout syndrome gradually moves into an advanced stage characterized by the presence of somatic symptoms, social withdrawal, depersonalization, exhaustion, irritability, asthenia, etc. Increasing awareness to introspect the smallest symptoms to recognize and transform the early signs of burnout, ensuring the preservation of individual health and vitality in the workplace.
