This dataset includes three digital elevation models built after a compilation of bathymetric surveys carried out in three coastal locations of the Ria de Arousa, Galicia, Spain. Different approach was followed for each location. At the Lombos do Ulla location, placed at the inner part of the Ría and influenced by the Ulla river, data was acquired by CIMA with a single beam survey in 2015. The area between the Arousa Island and the Ría east coast, known as O Bohído, was surveyed during two campaigns in September 2023 and April 2024 with a multibeam Geoswath 4R echosounder from Kongsberg mounted on the Inndaga vessel from the GEOMA research group of Vigo University. Position was determined by GPS and RTK corrections and system calibrated each survey day. At Sarrido location, at the Umia river mouth, its slightly higher elevation drove to a multiple approach of bathymetry acquisition. For the deep part, we performed in April 2024 a multibeam survey with the equipment previously described. The intertidal section was defined by a survey using a DJI Zenmuse L1 mounted on a UAV Matrice 300 RTK from Santiago University in June 2024. Here the dataset is complemented with a Trimble DGPS topography on foot.
