Dataset for "Self-potential signals related to tree transpiration in a Mediterranean climate"

Abstract

This dataset provides the raw data for the manuscript "Self-potential Signals to Tree Transpiration in a Mediterranean Climate" submitted to Science of The Total Environment. Data were collected throughout 2023 from three experimental sites: Font-Blanche, LSBB, and Larzac. The dataset includes sap velocity and self-potential measurements from four trees, as well as meteorological data from the three test sites. The files are named using the format "Parameter_SiteName".
