SEEBLOCKS.eu Workshop - COMPSAC 2024 (Osaka, Japan)

Abstract

These slides were presented by 4 selected authors, during the SEEBLOCKS.eu workshop "Blockchain Nexus: Bridging Innovations and Standards for Tomorrow’s Digital Frontier" on July 4th 2024. The workshop was co-located with COMPSAC 2024, a conference from IEEE organised by the IEEE Computer Society. The SEEBLOCKS.eu workshop fostered a dynamic exchange of ideas and knowledge among researchers and practitioners, both from academia and industry, aiming to identify key challenges, opportunities, and best practices in bridging the gap between blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), emerging innovations and standards. This workshop was part of SEEBLOCKS mission, focused on bridging the gap between the Research, Academia and Standardisation Communities, and sustaining capacity building of blockchain experts to funnel innovations into standards activities.
